At Abyssinia African Grocery we sell   fresh injera  which is prepared with 100% teff flour. Teff grain originates in Ethiopia and has special properties. This is because Teff is rich in iron and calcium. In addition, teff is suitable for people with a gluten-free diet.

Plus, teff is a whole grain grain, meaningit contains a lot of dietary fiber.
